Description of HDPE Mining Pipes

Performance of Raw Materials of HDPE Mining Pipes:
The raw materials used in HDPE mining pipes include high-performance superconducting electric carbon black as an antistatic agent, and a combination of decabromodiphenyl ether and antimony trioxide as flame retardants. These materials are fully mixed and plasticized into granules. The gas pipes produced with this special material meet the PE-80 grade water supply pipe standard and comply with the antistatic and flame retardant requirements of the MT558.1-2005 standard set by the Ministry of Coal.

Features of HDPE Mining Pipes

Flame Retardant and Antistatic Properties: The antistatic and flame retardant components are uniformly distributed throughout the pipe, ensuring consistent performance over time. These properties meet national standards, making the pipes suitable for use in underground environments prone to flammable and explosive conditions.
